Happy Pessimist Clothing Co was born during the peak of the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020. Since launch, HPCC has grown from an idea in Sarah's two bedroom apartment in Melbourne's inner north in to a well established, highly recommended community based brand (located in Hobart, TAS) with a huge focus on supporting musicians.

As a musician herself, Sarah has always loved giving back to the community and helping spread joy, especially during times that weren't so good. The live music scene may have been stopped in it's tracks, but she hasn't slowed down.

"We're all feeling pretty pessimistic at the moment, but we try to find joy and happiness in what we've got. That's why I started this brand. Finding joy, and giving it back to the community." - Sarah, Happy Pessimist Clothing Co.
